General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – YMJAR
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

and any individual or legal entity purchasing products via the website www.ymjar.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by YMJAR.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation by the Customer. YMJAR takes the utmost care in presenting and describing its products, subject to possible errors or omissions.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), including VAT at the rate in force on the date of the order. YMJAR reserves the right to change prices at any time; the product will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order is confirmed. Online prices may differ from those applied at conventions or events. These Terms apply exclusively to online sales via www.ymjar.com.
Article 4 – Orders
An order is confirmed once the Customer has completed the order form and made payment online. A confirmation email summarizing the order details is then sent to the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods include bank cards via Stripe and PayPal (one-time payment or 3 installments if offered by PayPal). Shipment occurs after successful payment validation.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier (DPD, Colissimo or Mondial Relay) within 48 to 72 business hours. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. YMJAR cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier. In the event of loss, a claim must be filed with the carrier; YMJAR will assist the Customer with this process without guaranteeing the outcome.
Article 7 – Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition; any damaged, incomplete, or improperly opened item (e.g., opened sealed blister) will not be accepted or refunded. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Article 8 – Refunds
If the withdrawal is accepted, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the same means of payment as used for the purchase. YMJAR may defer the refund until the product has been effectively received.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Arts. L217-4 et seq., French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Arts. 1641 et seq., French Civil Code). Any claim must be sent to: webmaster@ymjar.com.
Article 10 – Retention of Title
Products remain the property of YMJAR until full payment of the price by the Customer. In the event of non-payment, YMJAR reserves the right to retake possession of the products.
Article 11 – Liability
YMJAR shall not be liable for damage resulting from misuse or mishandling of the products by the Customer, including damage arising from opening, painting, or customizing figurines.
Article 12 – Force Majeure
YMJAR shall not be held liable for total or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control (strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, transport or communication disruptions, war, etc.).
Article 13 – Use of the Website and Customer Account
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information when placing an order and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. YMJAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of fraudulent or abusive use of the site.
Article 14 – Intellectual Property
All models, 3D sculptures, images, and content offered on www.ymjar.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of YMJAR. Any reproduction, use, distribution, or exploitation, even partial, is prohibited without express authorization.
Article 15 – Personal Data
Information collected when ordering is necessary to process and fulfil the sale. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by sending a request to: webmaster@ymjar.com.
Article 16 – Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the Customer may contact a certified consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator’s contact details will be provided upon request by email.
Article 17 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
